Furthermore, I leveraged PeopleSoft's Query Manager to generate custom reports for in-depth payroll data analysis. After starting with the Vancouver School Board as a Casual Labourer in 2006, I was soon promoted to a Chargehand in the Material Services department. I held a leadership role where I led a team of movers tasked with relocating school furniture, supplies, and staff belongings during Seismic Upgrades. My responsibilities involved coordinating truck logistics, planning and executing seamless moves, directing the team of movers, and facilitating effective communication with school Principals, staff, contractors, and various stakeholder groups to ensure smooth transitions.

In addition to my leadership role, I handled various responsibilities, such as assisting with furniture distribution and disposal, managing asbestos desk disposal, providing support to tradespeople, and participating in numerous school and district-wide relocations. My tenure as a Chargehand reflected my ability to manage complex operations, lead teams effectively, and ensure the efficient movement of resources during critical seismic upgrade projects.
